Established in 1982 Vermilion Health Care Center has continuously set the standard for nursing home care in Vermilion Parish. We are located on a peaceful country setting, with eight acres of manicured grounds, far away from the noise and pollution of the city. A locally owned and operated facility, Vermilion Health Care Center was the first in the parish to establish a secured Alzheimer’s Unit. A skilled Medicare unit with Rehabilitation is also a part of the many features of the center. We have a wonderful caring staff to work with and offer very competitive rates.
